3.2 Independent Contractors are solely responsible for on-site execution, permitting compliance, structural assessments, trade execution, warranties, and adherence to Arizona Registrar of Contractors standards.
4. Estimates, Quotes & Pricing
Any rough price ranges, project calculators, or preliminary figures displayed on the Site are provided for general educational budgeting purposes only. Official binding proposals are provided only in writing after a comprehensive in-home inspection, measurement, and scope confirmation by our qualified remodeling estimators.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Arizona law, the Company, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site, communications, or any services performed by independent contractors.
